Terms of Use


You must be at least 13 years old to create an account at Gift Posse. If you are under 13 years of age, then your parent or legal guardian must first register an account, and add you as a child to that account.

The use of this service is limited to invited guests and is for testing purposes only. There are no warranties, either expressed or implied as to the function, purpose, integrity, or availability of this service. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

The use of this site and its associated services shall fall under the laws of the jurisdiction of Ontario, Canada. While you may access this site from many different countries, states, provinces, or regions, access will be deemed to have occurred within the province of Ontario, Canada. By accessing this site in any manner, you consent to these Terms of Use.

You also agree that your use of this site is for personal consumption only, and that you are not an agent of, or representative of, any law firm or entity involved in the licensing of, or litigation of, patents as they relate to the operation of this site or any of its services. And that if you do hold a valid patent in your country of origin that relates to the operation of this site or any of its services, you agree to allow Gift Posse, Posse Software Inc, its shareholders, directors, staff, and affiliates, free and unlimited usage of any such patents, now and in perpetuity. Furthermore, you promise not to enter into any litigation, of any kind, against Gift Posse, Posse Software Inc., its shareholders, directors, staff, and affiliates related to such patents. And you agree to indemnify and hold Gift Posse, Posse Software Inc., its shareholders, directors, staff, and affiliates harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party, for any infringement, real or perceived, resulting from the use of this site or its related services.

You also agree that you will not access this site for the purpose of mining data, training artificial intelligence (AI), including large language models (LLMs), or for performing research (including marketing research) of any kind.

You also agree to follow any and all rules of this site, and that system administrators and/or Posse Software Inc. employees may have access to view and or review any content that you provide, whether you intend to make that content public or not.

You also agree that we may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, and that we are not required to provide you notice prior to suspending or terminating your membership. We are not required, and may be prohibited, from disclosing a reason for the termination of your account.

You also agree that any content that you provide us with is content that you either own, or are legally entitled to use in your jurisdiction. Gift Posse may remove any such content at its own discretion at any time, if it believes that the content is in violation of any of the terms of this agreement or of any law.

You also agree that the email address that you provide us with is your own, and is not shared with any other individual (for the purposes of accessing or using Gift Posse), and that you agree that this is the address that we may contact you at for purposes of managing this service.

You also agree that if you create an account with us by providing us with a password, that it is a unique password, and not one that you share with any other account(s) on any other system(s) where you have any risk if your account credentials were to be compromised. While we employ industry standard practices to protect your password (we do not store your actual password, only its cryptographic hash), it is impossible for us to guarantee the absolute security of the information that you provide us.

These Terms of Use shall be deemed severable. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time.
